Who is to blame ?
A child goes late to the school because his bike got punctured on the way. The teacher does not believe him and punishes him in front of the class and uses abusive language. The child narrates this to his mother but she justifies the teacher's act and holds her ward responsible for it. Ultimately he runs away from the school and joins the gang of runaway children to toil as a child labourer.
